Requirements

Three years custodial experience and two years supervisory experience required. Advanced boiler training and experience with boilers required. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. License for weed control spraying. Ability to work unsupervised. Good driving record. Good attendance. Ability to communicate and follow written and oral direction. Ability to demonstrate recognition of equipment malfunction. Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with whom one works, ability to work cooperatively and willingness to accept instructions and training. Subject to call beyond the regular work day and week when emergency situations arise which require immediate attention.

Salary Schedule

2024-2025 Custodial Managers Salary Schedule - Grade NX, starting at $31.34 per hour

Pay Day

Last working day of each month.

 

Hours

Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break
